Denpasar, Bali (ANTARA) – Denpasar Immigration is tracking two Israeli-born foreign nationals holding Bulgarian and Romanian passports after a viral video showed their removal from a fitness center in Bali.
“Both have been placed on the immigration wanted list for monitoring and investigation,” Denpasar Immigration Chief R. Haryo Sakti said Friday.
The office’s Intelligence and Enforcement Team reviewed immigration records and visited the fitness center in Sukawati, Gianyar District, Bali, Sakti said.
Officers are investigating a viral social media report about the removal of three foreign nationals, suspected of being Israeli citizens, by the fitness center owner on August 19.
Immigration records identified two of the three foreigners as IB, 23, an Israeli-born national holding a Bulgarian passport.
IB entered Indonesia through I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport on Aug. 3, 2026, using a Visa on Arrival, according to immigration data.

Sakti said immigration officers were also investigating the fitness center owner who removed the three foreigners from the premises.
The owner and the two foreign nationals will be questioned to establish the incident’s chronology and circumstances, Sakti said.
Denpasar Immigration has yet to determine whether the two foreign nationals committed any immigration violations, Sakti said.
Any determination of violations or action against the parties will be based on investigation findings and applicable laws and regulations, he said.
